Original Recording
Studio recording, album: 'Someday Came Suddenly' (2008). Both Johnny Franck and Andrew Whiting are confirmed to have used Mesa/Boogie Dual Rectifier heads through Mesa/Boogie Rectifier 4x12 cabs for the recording. Andrew Whiting stated the Ibanez GSZ120 was used on every Attack Attack! recording. No evidence of other guitars or amps for the main riff studio recording. No evidence of additional boost/overdrive pedals in the studio chain for the riff section. Noise gate likely used for tightness, but no time-based or modulation effects audible or cited for the riff.
